Boomin’s booking flows for property viewings and valuations were critical revenue drivers for agents. The goal was to create the most agent- and customer-centric solution, ensuring a seamless and efficient user journey.

I was responsible for designing and refining the booking flows, balancing business objectives with user needs. This involved improving usability, increasing conversion rates, and enhancing the overall booking experience.

Collaborative Research – Worked with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and identify user pain points.

Prototyping & Feedback – Created low-fidelity prototypes in Figma to visualize the experience and collect early stakeholder input.

Iterative Design – Developed high-fidelity prototypes, refining interactions and visuals to align with user and business needs.

Testing & Optimization – Conducted usability testing and implemented improvements to enhance the user journey and streamline booking.
